Samgyetang/Ginseng Chicken Soup (RM45.90)
So, for the cold weather, warm and satisfying comfort food will definitely go on the list. Ginseng Chicken Soup or Samgyetang is one of them, and will be available until January 2014. This traditional Korean soup consisting of whole young chicken stuffed with jujubes, ginseng, garlic, chestnuts and sticky rice. Nourishing aside, the boiled to tenderly soft chicken meat and sticky rice which has fully absorbed the goodness of soup makes the dish a complete, wholesome choice.
Sogogi Milssam/Sauteed Beef Wraps (RM19.90)
Diners are also recommended to try the Sauteed Beef Wraps or Sogogi Milssam, a light dish that is beautifully presented with naturally coloured wheat flour pancake wraps made from spinach and beetroots; served along with seasoned sauteed beef slices and crunchy julienned potato. Summerkid likes the sauteed beef slices, as this minced-like sliced beefs are surprisingly flavoursome, just a perfect combination when pairing with the pale flavours wraps.
Crispy Tofu with Chicken (RM15.90)
Besides, Crispy Tofu with Chicken is also one of the new dishes that is much raved about. It is rather simple, comprises of tofu squares deep fried to golden brown,topped over with marinated diced chicken and drizzled with teriyaki sauce, centered with bean sprouts. Very much like a cross between Chinese and Japanese cuisines, but we like the idea of combining soft texture of tofu to complement with the chewy, meaty munch of chicken with teriyaki sweetness.
Chicken Mango Salad (RM19.90)
Special mixed salad showered with sweet and sour citrus dressing, crowned with seasoned chicken and fresh mangoes. Very refreshing and the trick is, eat the chicken together with a slice of mango, as the juicy mango brings in a fruity touch that balance so well with the meaty munch.

Each Bulgogi Brothers ala carte menu order also comes with six complimentary refillable side dishes of kimchi, spinach, radish, spiced water crest, sweet lotus root and mashed pumpkin. Mashed pumpkin gets thumbs up from us! Very fine, smooth and soft with a sharp sweetness of pumpkin.
