Early entry on Fahrenheit 600. (click HERE)
Our first visit to Fahrenheit 600 was a couple months ago, and we enjoyed everything there, from the cozy ambience, vintage designs, warmth service to delicious food. Their pizzas are top notch, with fresh dough hand-knit daily to cater the best quality for diners. We were glad to pay a second visit there, having another round of gathering with Hamid and Maryam, founders of Fahrenheit 600.
Sunday Morning (RM16.90)
Maryam told us that ever since our first visit, they are now having a list of breakfast menu, served all day from 9am to 6pm. We tried out Sunday Morning, which is egg benedicts with beautifully poached eggs, beef bacon, and mushroom built on sourdough toasted English muffins with housemade hollandaise sauce, topped lightly with chived and pepper.
Mary Morino’s Favourite (RM19.90)
Too good to resist, we had another order of egg benedicts, having Mary Morino’s favourite. Again, it was another hearty portion of breakfast platter featuring Norwegian smoked salmon, wilted spinach, and poached egg layered on Sourdough toasted English muffins brushed with cream cheese, topped with house made hollandaise sauce, sprinkled with chives and pepper. Never failed to love the creamy, yellowish egg yolk that oozed out once cutting through.
Popeye The Sailor (RM20.90, RM24.90)
Apart from that, we had their signature pizzas. Baked in an oven with constant temperature of Fahrenheit 600, their pizza turned out so good with a chewy base and crisp edge, tasted awesome even without any toppings. There are two types of sauce to choose from, which were signature cream sauce and tomato sauce. Our first pizza, Popeye The Sailor was based with signature cream sauce, topped over with caramalized onion, spinach, egg, mascarpone cheese.
Henry the Duck (RM27.90, RM31.90)
For the following pizza, we savoured Henry the duck, a tomato based pizza. It was a very creative pizza with smoked duck, avocado, orange, cherry tomato, caramalized onion as the topping, bringing fruity flavours out from a cheesy, creamy sensation.
Creamy Salmon (RM20.90)
We also had a try on their calzone, taking Creamy Salmon from the list of Totally Tuna, Turkey Ham n Cheese, I’m Vegetarian Today, Holidays in Hawaii, Meat Lover, and American Hot Dog. As the name sounds like, the calzone was wrapped with creaminess of cheese and cream; a touch ofsalmon flavours, as its soft flaky texture has paired into a harmony with the fluffy, chewy bun.
Signature Duck Salad (RM16.90)
We made the meal in Fahrenheit 600 more complete and healthy with a bowl of salad mix that burst with fresh juicy flavours, added with a savoury hint from the smoked duck slices. We found the fahrenheit signature duck salad dressing interesting; tangy, appetizing. fake id california
